Where do we get picked up? 

Middle Harbour Yacht Club- 75 Parriwi Rd, Mosman. There is aid parking at the marina and across the road,

free parking up the hill on Parriwi Rd. We will greet you in front of St Siandra Cafe.

Which water way do you take us riding?

Roseville Chase. We also take full day bookings on the Hawkesbury River.

What happens if it’s raining?

Sprinkling, the show goes on. We will make an executive decision based on safety if it’s too heavy and/or lightning present. Should weather make it dangerous we will give you a Line of credit to reschedule for another time.

Can I bring my own board?

Yes, please let us know in advance so we have adequate room on board for you.

Minimum 1 week notice is required to receive a refund.

Do you get wet on board?

Minimal. The boat is designed for comfort- passengers do not get wet. On the off chance a light spray from waves depending on where you are sitting on the boat 

Can I bring food? 

Yes (recommend something easy to eat with the boat movement, minimum spillage).

Can I bring alcohol?

No consumption prior to boarding (trust us you won’t need it to feel the rush of adrenaline). We reserve the right to prohibit guests from riding if they are intoxicated.

Do you have a cooler/fridge on board?

No. BYO Esky. No glass permitted, cups, bottles and cans only.

Should I bring a wetsuit?

If you want to be warmer in the water, absolutely. This is up to passengers discretion, and isn’t necessary but recommended in cooler months.

Is there a toilet on board? 

There are bathrooms available at Middle Harbour Yacht Club prior to boarding. No toilet on board. 

Can we anchor during our session?

Yes, the session is yours so however long you want to ride for is up to you. If you want to take a break and anchor up somewhere, we know the perfect spot for you!

Can we do both wakesurfing and wakeboarding in the same session?

Depends on the length of your booking and how many in your group! We aim to make ride time fair for everyone with rotations approximately every 15minutes. If you want to try both activities, book an extra hour just in case so you’re not rushed and get plenty of ride time.

I’ve never done this before, do you do coaching lessons?

Our team are accredited coaches so we will provide tips and guidance to get you up on top of the water!

Someone in my group doesn’t want to/can’t ride, can they still come along? 

Of course, it is still fun as a spectator. This also means more ride time for other guests.

What if I get seasick?

If you are prone to seasickness, please let us know before boarding. Even though we are operating in calm waters, please take preventative measures (ie sea sickness tablets). The boat will stop and start frequently when towing.

What if I get injured? 

On the off chance there is an injury whilst chartering with us, staff are trained in first aid and there is a first aid kit on board. We recommend not towing if you have pre-existing injuries/health conditions. If the injury is beyond the scope of first aid we will transport you back to the dock and receive further medical assistance. Please refer to our safety policy attachment for further information. 

Does one of us need a boat license? Can we drive the boat?

No, our qualified captain, Olly, is a Coxswain and has extensive knowledge of the water. Unfortunately not for precautionary reasons.

How many friends can I bring? Can I book a solo session?

Groups up to 10 people per session. Of course you can!

Are there age requirements on board?

8 years is our minimum to ride behind the boat. 5 years minimum as a spectator on board. All children must be accompanied by a parent. You must know how to swim in order to ride.

Can I wakeboard/wakesurf whilst pregnant?

Please seek medical advice prior to booking.
